DAVINA GRINCEVICIUS

FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR

A native from Melbourne, Australia, Davina relocated to New York City 12 years ago and currently resides in Rockaway Beach. Her passion for surfing, shooting film and building community, mixed with a background in Marketing, Advertising, and Social Media, inspired her to launch Staska NY, a boutique branding production company working with established and start up businesses. She is the Festival Director of the Women’s Surf Film Festival, and Creative Director of Lava Girl Surf.

“Lava Girl Surf is about empowering women to surf, to gain more confidence in the water, and to have fun. Women often get compared and overlooked when it comes to our abilities in the water, but women’s surfing is really changing and growing and I’m happy and honored to be a part of this movement.”
